FOCO, located in the vibrant Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona, has quickly become one of the hottest cocktail destinations since opening in 2022. Founded by English bartenders Tom Godfrey and Theo Quinn, who bring extensive experience from some of the world’s best bars, FOCO offers a unique drinking experience that blends creativity, quality, and atmosphere.

For this project, Behind Bars had the pleasure of working with the FOCO team to provide a custom Paloma system station.
