Pinky Promise brings a big-city cocktail mindset into the heart of a small town. Founded by proprietor Timmie Hoffman, the bar is built on hospitality, detail, and a sense of play. Everything is made in-house, from clarified cocktails to zero-proof creations, and even the ice is hand-cut. The drinks lean into nostalgia and whimsy, but the craft behind them is serious: thoughtful technique, beautiful execution, and a setting designed for people to slow down and connect.
