Terronia is a cocktail bar in Burleigh Heads, built around a slower, more considered way of experiencing drinks.
The space takes cues from a European piazza, with a central fountain anchoring the room and creating a natural point of gathering. Warm materials and an open layout bring the bar into the room, encouraging interaction rather than separation.
Founded by Mycol Cavalieri, the beverage program is technique-led and developed entirely in-house. Drinks are built around fresh ingredients, house-made infusions, and a focus on balance and texture. The menu follows a more narrative approach, with each serve designed to engage the senses without overcomplicating the experience. Some ingredients are grown on site, bringing the process closer to the guest.
Service is intentionally paced, with an emphasis on clarity and connection. Guests are able to follow each step of the build, supported by a layout that keeps the bar open and visible.
Behind Bars delivered a Tayēr Single for the project, marking the first installation of this station type in Australia.
