In the heart of Tjuvholmen, Oslo, TJELD is more than a bar. Inspired by the oystercatcher bird, known for coastal beauty, it offers a journey of flavors, design, and ambiance from the moment you step in.⁠

⁠ Tjeld aimed to redefine patrons' expectations by pairing freshly caught oysters with meticulously crafted cocktails, challenging the notion that oysters exclusively complement Champagne.⁠

⁠ In collaboration with Julia Filippova and Aleksandrs Sadovskis, we created a signature bar station for Tjeld. The bar features two custom Tayēr stations, integrated cooling, and a unique oyster preparation area. Placed strategically at the center of the room, the bar stands as the focal point of the venue.⁠
