When Torto decides to celebrate, they do it properly. Earlier this October, the Torto team planned two full days that brought friends, collaborators, and familiar faces together across the city. Every stop felt intentional - from shared meals and river views to unexpected detours - all built around the simple goal of giving everyone a good time.
The first day set the pace. As the sun dropped over the Douro, the celebration started at Musa das Virtudes, overlooking the river, a fitting backdrop to kick things off and bring together the best of Portugal’s bartending community.
The evening continued at Talhasca Villa Parda, with a long table, good wine, and traditional dishes setting the mood. The rest was just good company and easy conversation. And if you ever find yourself there and can’t spot the bathroom right away, look for the old butcher’s fridge door - a small nod to the space’s past life that’s now part of its charm.
The evening closed at Matriarca's Attic Bar, one of Porto’s newest bars.
