Tucked above Mary Brickell Village, Panamericano brings together the cultures of the Americas through a cocktail experience shaped by story, ritual, and rhythm. The interior pairs deep tones, rich textures, and soft lighting to create an atmosphere that feels both dramatic and inviting. Red accents and green velvet seating add warmth and intimacy, giving guests space to unwind and take in the full ritual of the experience.

At the center is a custom double Paloma station, designed to match the rhythm of service and keep the creative process in view. The raised work height opens the space between bartender and guest, turning each service into a moment of performance and connection. Inspired by open-kitchen design, the layout highlights the craft and coordination behind every drink.
The cocktail program draws on flavors and traditions from across the Americas, combining technique and storytelling in a way that mirrors the bar’s layered aesthetic.
Together, the space and station create an experience that feels immersive, expressive, and distinctly Panamericano.
