Papi, situated in Portland’s Old Port area, is a vibrant venue that beautifully combines Puerto Rican hospitality with a contemporary twist. LyAnna Sanabria, a co-founder of Papi, shared her vision of bringing the vibrant and rich atmosphere of Puerto Rican roots and flavors to the space, blending the charm of old-school San Juan with a modern touch.

Behind Bars delivered two Paloma stations, featuring the classic configuration but in two different shapes. The “Work Horse” straight-line station was designed to handle the primary workload, while the curved “Show Pony” station takes center stage, allowing bartenders to showcase their skills and captivate guests.
